Scandinavian Building Services seeks to provide the greatest incentive to achieve consistency and excellence in cleaning service. To do so we have developed a program called the “Owner Operator Program”. In this way Scandinavian Building Service contracts with the client building owner and in turn with the Owner Operator to provide the onsite service.

The Owner Operator enters into a Master Services Agreement with Scandinavian Building Service to maintain the greatest flexibility and independence while maintaining a high level of consistency at each site being serviced by the Owner Operator. This system enables you and your staff to earn an excellent living, while meeting our clients’ expectations. As a result, the Scandinavian workforce is more motivated, more positive, and experiences increased job satisfaction-all of which reduces turnover. Over the years, Scandinavian has found the Owner Operator design to be extremely rewarding for all parties involved.
